Emergencies
For fire, medical emergencies, crimes in progress, or gas odors, call 911 first — please don’t email the Board, since email may not be seen right away. For a burst pipe, downed tree, or other urgent property damage, call Brad Hauger: 970-901-5402.
Non-emergency city services
Street lights, roads, and the paved courts are handled by the City of Montrose, not the Association. Sonoma, Rheims, Rhine and Amador Courts were dedicated to the City as public right-of-way on the recorded plats.
The simplest number to call is 970-240-1400 — ask to be routed to the right department. It also reaches Utility Billing for water, sewer, and trash.
Wondering who handles a repair?
A quick look at what your dues cover usually answers it. Anything inside your home, on your porch or driveway, or within the two-foot perimeter around your home is the owner’s to care for — the Declaration and Rules and Regulations have the details. Still not sure? Just ask.
Report an issue or ask a question
Use this form for common-area maintenance, irrigation problems, snow removal, covenant questions, or anything else you’d like to ask the Board — no question is too small.

If something isn’t working out
Please start by talking with us. We’re your neighbors, and most concerns are sorted out with a conversation. If that doesn’t settle it, Colorado law gives owners the right to a hearing before the Board on covenant enforcement matters, and the Dispute Resolution Policy the Board adopted on September 15, 2026 (effective November 1) provides for negotiation and mediation. It is posted on the Documents page.
Owners may also find it helpful to contact the Colorado HOA Information and Resource Center at the Division of Real Estate, which publishes guidance for owners and boards and records complaints (it does not investigate or enforce).
